Summer is coming and we may not be able to travel this summer. Spending hours indoors, playing video games or watching movies isn’t the holiday most of us wish for. So what can we do?
CreActive Camp is a fun and exciting learning platform for kids to express themselves. With our industry’s leading creative minds, we provide professional level training programs for kids from ages 8 to 16. Our online summer program is tailored to enhance children’s existing creative skills and develop interest in learning. Our group of professionals have gathered together with their bags of expertise, to give your children a premium learning experience.
At CreActive Camp, we want to help your kids explore something new and fun this holiday and stay connected to their imagination, in the way they enjoy most. The different courses have been planned to help children discover their passion under the training of our award-winning experts.
OUR OBJECTIVES
At CreActive Camp, we want to help your kids make the most out of staying at home this holiday.
Fighting the battle of boredom, our objective is to encourage young kids to try out new things, find their creative passion, and harness their creativity. To prove that it can be just as fun indoors, and hopefully not miss Disneyland as much. Okay, maybe we pushed it too far.
Now is the opportunity to let those creative juices flow as much as possible, with no school to worry about. So, why not make the most of this time?
OUR COURSES
The CreActive Camp online summer program is all about well, you guessed it, staying creative and active. We want young minds to find their passion and develop them in the best way we can and what better time than now? We provide the following courses for kids to experiment and have fun keeping their minds and bodies active.
1. Film Making: ‘Lights, Camera, Action!’ Learn the Art of Film Making with Reim El Houni, CEO and Founder of Ti22 Films
Everyone enjoys watching movies. We are always fascinated by them, be it because of flying superheroes or talking animals. Have you ever wondered how these amazing films are made? Our very talented Reim El Houni and her team are here to show us just that.
ABOUT REIM
Reim has experience working with TV stations like the BBC to being an Executive Producer and Head of Events at Dubai One. She launched her own production company Ti22 Films in January 2011.
Ti22 Films has won 25 New York Festival Awards & a Cannes Corporate Media and TV Award. Reim has served on the Jury of the New York Festival for 7 years and is a speaker, moderator and panellist at industry events. She founded Dubai On Demand in 2014, where the world of branded content and influencer marketing collide. This has evolved into a video-based personal branding membership community for business owners and thought leaders. She also supports organisations as a media consultant and video strategist, developing workshops and training for teams.

Requirements: Children will need access to a mobile phone or iPad. They will need to be able to download the following apps onto the phone: inshot or Videorama and Typorama.
2. Cooking: Mix it Up in the Kitchen with Soniya Lilaramani, Food & Restaurant Consultant of The Restaurant Umbrella (TRU)
Everyone needs to eat and food can be fun and creative! Mini Master Chefs in the making and our foodie expert Soniya Lilaramani is here to help your kids learn and enjoy the art of cooking.
ABOUT SONIYA
Soniya is a Certified Chef from the International Centre of Culinary Arts, Dubai and is currently working as a Food and Restaurant Consultant.
She is proprietor of Foodie Umbrella LLC which is a boutique firm dealing in all kinds of Food Gift Hampers & Platters. The winner of Foodshala Season 9 and Mrs. International Queen 2021 Soniya has hands-on experience in managing various aspects of running restaurants, including fine dining restaurants like Jodhpur and concept bars like Bar Stock Exchange.
Soniya has experience in teaching online cooking classes for adults and kids of all ages, cooking contests and food blogging with brands like Amul. In addition, she has been a part of BNI Gazelles Hour Of Positivity and Wellness Program by BNI Forward UAE.

3. DANCE: Get Groovin’ with the CEO and Founder of DANS Studio, Satyen Babla
Sitting at home all day can easily turn you into a couch potato, whether you are a child or a full grown adult, but your body does need to stay active to be healthy. Besides, Mr. Satyen Babla isn’t one to hear your excuses. He was awarded “Super 100 - Young Indian Leaders - Middle East 2019” and his many years of professional training and experience can benefit the children in learning new styles of dance and choreography.
ABOUT SATYEN
Satyen Babla is a well-known professional dancer and choreographer. He is an instructor at Zumba Fitness and the CEO and Founder of DANS Studio with years of experience. Sporty, adventurous, enthusiastic, and an overall fun-loving person, he is the perfect instructor to help your kids find their rhythm.
ABOUT DANS
DANS is a 7-year-old multi-purpose dance school that teaches established dance forms and dance for fitness purposes. They pride themselves on being a comfortable home space for people regardless of age, race, stature, or dancing skill. With more than 2000 shows under their belts and with client names like IIFA Dubai, Filmfare Awards & Masala Awards, DANS can provide only the best quality service to our students and clients.

ABOUT SUNIL NAIR
Sunil Nair is a Data Scientist, Educator and Author. With a will to educate, Sunil Nair migrated from his 13-year career as an IT Professional to teach children alternative skills. With the growing relevance of robotics, web application development, machine learning and AI, the deep void in coding education brought him to back to what he loved the most—computing.
Sunil has worked extensively with children of all age groups to build a strong understanding of how best they learn and respond to code. With Python being the fastest-growing programming language and its syntax being closest to the English language, Sunil saw it as a no brainer to use Python as the coding language to teach kids.
